Our primary area of focus is Easthampton, Northampton and Southampton.
We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments based on availability. We also list houses for rent.

Your completed application will be approved within 3-5 business days pending credit, landlord and employment verifications.
Move in Costs
Most apartments require first month’s rent and either a security deposit of one month or last month’s rent due at signing of lease.
